It also provides trusted first aid tools including a thermometer, antiseptic cream, and cleansing sanitizer for on-the-go care. Whether you’re at camp, on a hike, or participating in a community project, this kit offers reliable support for minor injuries and common ailments.

Tylenol (Acetaminophen) Tablets – 500 mg

Purpose: Pain reliever and fever reducer
Use: Headaches, muscle aches, minor pain, fever
Dosage Instructions: Adults/teens take 1–2 tablets every 4–6 hours as needed (do not exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours). Not for children under 12 without doctor approval.

Imodium (Loperamide) Tablets – 2 mg

Purpose: Anti-diarrheal
Use: Controls diarrhea symptoms
Dosage Instructions: Take 2 tablets after the first loose stool, then 1 tablet after each subsequent loose stool (maximum 4 tablets in 24 hours). Not for use beyond 2 days unless directed by a doctor.

Dramamine (Dimenhydrinate) Tablets – 50 mg

Purpose: Motion sickness prevention
Use: Nausea, dizziness, vomiting from travel
Dosage Instructions: Take 1 tablet 30–60 minutes before travel. Adults/teens may take 1–2 tablets every 4–6 hours as needed. May cause drowsiness—do not operate machinery.

Anti-Itch Cream (Diphenhydramine)

Purpose: Topical antihistamine
Use: Relieves itching from insect bites, poison ivy, minor rashes
Dosage Instructions: Apply a thin layer to affected area 3–4 times daily. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and open wounds.

Calamine Lotion – Travel Size

Purpose: Skin protectant and itch relief
Use: Soothes irritation from bug bites, poison oak/ivy, sunburn, rashes
Dosage Instructions: Shake well before use. Apply with cotton pad to skin 3–4 times daily and allow to dry.

Purell Hand Sanitizer – 1 oz

Purpose: Hand cleanser
Use: Kills germs on contact
Dosage Instructions: Use a penny-sized amount and rub hands until dry.

Digital Thermometer

Purpose: Detect fever and track temperature
Use: Place under tongue or armpit
Dosage Instructions: Press button to turn on, wait 30–60 seconds for beep, read display. Clean with alcohol wipe after each use.

Mini First Aid Kit

Purpose: Minor cuts, scrapes, blisters
Contents: Bandages, antiseptic wipes, gauze, gloves
Dosage Instructions: Clean wound with antiseptic wipe, cover with bandage or gauze. Wear gloves when treating others.
