Tylenol Extra Strength Cold + Flu Multi-Action is a medication designed to relieve symptoms associated with cold and flu, including headache, fever, sore throat, and body aches. It comes in the form of liquid gels for fast relief and is typically dosed as 2 gels every 4 to 6 hours, not exceeding 8 gels in 24 hours.

Active Ingredient Strength: Daytime: 500 mg acetaminophen, 15 mg dextromethorphan HBr, 30 mg pseudoephedrine HCl
Nighttime: 500 mg acetaminophen, 15 mg dextromethorphan HBr, 30 mg pseudoephedrine HCl, 2 mg chlorpheniramine maleate
Dosage Instructions: Adults and children 12 years and over: Take 2 caplets every 6 hours as needed. Do not exceed 6 caplets in 24 hours. Do not use for more than 10 days unless directed by a doctor. Do not take both day and night caplets at the same time. Children under 12 years: consult a doctor.
